weekend mom getting busy :)

Who says working full time and having a toddler is enough...obviously not this mom! 

I decided I had to get a job at the new boutique in town...The store is amazing by the way... http://www.shoppinksuitcase.com/. Check it out. :) I actually got asked if I was a personal stylist yesterday- I only wish!


Today I got the pleasure of coloring a friends hair purple. You heard me right...PURPLE! Crazy enough it looked pretty awesome! She brought a long a friend of hers...so 5 HOURS LATER...I was done. Whew! 

A little nap then off to make cookies. America's Favorite Recipes...have you tried them. So easy and so so good... http://gafundraising.com/ is the link plus it's a great fundraiser! The Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip are to die for!

Now with this time change..who else is about to pull out there hair?! My little one decided she would wake up at her normal 5:30 time but instead it was 4:30...need I say more? Now is the task of keeping her up and extra hour so she sleeps in a little tomorrow morning...Hello Dora the Explorer (I have a love/hate relationship with her).

been up since 3

Morning ya'll! My very first post! Ahhh! My daughter decided 3am was a good time to wake up for some milk and sleep in mommy and daddy's bed. You know what that means...I have been up since! Bagel, coffee, load of laudry, and why not start a blog. That's normal right?

I have been dreaming of the day where I can quite my full time job and be a Pinterest queen. I mean what woman doesn't?! Last night I went out to buy some items for my fall and Christmas wreaths-that will turn out amazing (if I tell myself that they always turn out better). I'm all gung-ho and get to the section of the styrophome wreaths- lo and behold, they are sold out. Can I say I am surprised? Notta.

So along with my wonderful "early" Saturday morning I'm counting down the hours for family dollor to open to see if they have what I want.

Hopefully I can post my masterpiece soon!
